Terms and conditions

1. This Promotion is brought to you by Sage Global Services Limited whose registered office is at C23 - 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way Cobalt Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE28 9EJ ("Sage", "we", "us", "our").
2. By using this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for the Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
3. This Promotion is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18.
4. The Promotion is for 100% off Sage Business Cloud Accounting (the "Product") for the first three (3) payment months (the "Discount").
5. This Discount applies to the base price and does not include additional attributes. The Discount does not apply to additional modules, add-ons and third-party products. The Discount only applies to 1 user licence. VAT or equivalent sales tax is still payable at standard rates for additional attributes.
6. Following the end of the Discount period set out in condition 4 above, unless our agreement with you is terminated in accordance with the terms referred to in condition 3 or we agree otherwise with you in writing, you will automatically be charged our standard list price for the Product.
7. This Promotion is only available to you if, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, you do not already have an active subscription to any Sage Product or an active Sage Cover Membership Agreement to any Sage Product.
8. This Promotion will commence on 23 August 2021 and shall continue until 23 February 2022 when it will expire automatically without notice.
9. To take advantage of this Promotion, visit the page as notified to you from time to time and place an order for a Product.

11. This Promotion cannot be used with any other Sage promotion unless specifically indicated.

13. Sage reserve the right to change the terms and conditions relating to this Promotion and to withdraw the Promotion at any time.
14. This Promotion is not available to any employees of Sage Global Services Limited.
15. If you make use of a Promotion and subsequently cancel the subscription to the Product forming part of the Promotion, we reserve the right to remove the Discount and revert to the standard list price for the Product.
16. Sage shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by us, or for fraud.
17. The Promotion shall be governed by these terms and conditions, together with any other terms which are referred to herein. In relation to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other promotional terms and conditions made available by Sage.
18. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales shall apply.
