Frequently Asked Questions

Why does A2X start with a free trial?

Trialing A2X is the best way for you to see how A2X works. Even better, once you start your free trial A2X will calculate your monthly orders which makes it easy for you to choose the right plan for your business.

Is A2X Multi the right plan for me?

If you are selling on more than one of the following channels, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy or Walmart, chances are A2X Multi is right for you. If you are selling on a single sales channel, and you require more than one A2X account, and your order volume is under 10,000 orders per month, A2X multi is right for you too. The exception to this rule is Shopify which allows more than one store on the 5k and over plans.

What if I sell on a single sales channel but I need more than one A2X account?

If you are selling on a single sales channel, and you require more than one A2X account (because I sell in two different countries on Amazon or I have more than one eBay or Shopify store) and your order volume is under 10,000 orders per month, A2X multi is right for you too. The exception to this rule is Shopify which allows more than one store on the 5 and over plans.

How do I count my monthly orders?

The easiest way to check your order volume is to set up a free trial account with A2X. Once connected to your store, A2X can fetch in payout data providing you with an order count summary. Within Shopify you can also check your order volume by reviewing the number of orders by a set date range. Please note that for the A2X Multi price plans you will need to see the total orders per month for all your A2X accounts e.g. combine Amazon and Shopify orders to figure out the best plan that will suit you.

What if I have 3 channels that I want to set up but my total orders across these 3 channels suit a smaller plan?

In this situation you will need to set up the plan that supports the number of channels/number of A2X accounts you need to set up

What if I have more than one Shopify store?

Currently the A2X Single channel 5k and above support more than one Shopify store.

Set up all of your accounts first. Pick one account (it does not matter which one) and then select 'subscribe'. Make sure you select the radio button that takes you to the A2X multi plans and subscribe. Once you have done this you will be given the option to add the other accounts to this plan. Check out this article HERE for more detail.

I only sell on one channel, but I have multiple stores that I need to connect. Is A2X Multi right for me?

If you are doing more than 15K orders per month, then generally our single-channel plans would be the best option to go for. They allow up to five connections. However, if you are unsure then chat to our customer success team and they will help you find the best plan.
