The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will set a new standard for how companies use and protect EU citizens’ data. It will take effect this month on 25th of May 2018. A2X takes security and privacy of your data seriously and will be meeting these new standards with changes in user consent and privacy policy. You will notice several changes in A2X to ensure we are meeting our obligations.

  1. A2X will clearly explain what data we use and how, and ask you for your explicit approval when signing up for an account. You’ll need to give your consent in order to use A2X.
  2. We have updated our privacy policy to reflect the above.
  3. A2X will allow you to export your personal data held by A2X.
  4. A2X will allow you to request your personal data before it is deleted.
  5. A2X will ensure any 3rd party services we use will also comply with and support requirements of the GDPR.

You can read our updated privacy policy here and next time you log in to A2X you’ll be prompted to accept it. You can read more details about the GDPR changes in A2X in our support centre. If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy, please contact us: contact@a2xaccounting.com.
