Notifications - Changes to the way A2X Notifications are managed

What has changed?

The team at A2X have been working hard to improve the way Notifications are managed. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Notifications are now managed at user level not at an account level. You can however override these user level settings at an account level. 
  2. Notifications are now displayed within A2X AND you have the option to receive them via email either daily, weekly or disable email notifications altogether.
  3. There are two types of Notification; Update and Error. You can choose to get both, none or just ‘Update’ or just ‘Error’ sent via email.

What has happened to my existing Notifications Settings?

We have enabled the notifications for all our users but we have endeavoured to keep the settings as close to what you had set up previously. This means that we will keep sending the emails we send (for imported settlements and posted invoices) if they were turned on and in addition to this we will send a weekly digest email as well. Please go and check this out and set up as per your desired process.
